Born in Offenbach +m M+in in 1987, Matthias discovered in an early age his passion for electronic dance music. In 1999 he bought his first turntables and records. In the s+me time he started to contribute actively in producing and experimenting with music and played at various Party - at that time rather private and illegal ones. In 2006 he released his first record "The art of M" on Weave Music, which was a big hit in the underground electronic music scene and played by well known Dj's. It was just a matter of time until he w+s booked regularly on party internationally. His breakthrough came in 2008 when he was invited to play for various parties of the COCOON Brand by Sven Vath, in the same year he also released a track for the compilation of the Imprint. After that he traveled to and played records or live in Italy, Spain, France, Great Britain, Netherlands, Russia South Kore+, Japan to name a few. Since the first production steps he developed his production skills and split his music into various pseudonyms. His most up to date sounds are getting released under the name: CNTRL, POLYFAN POLYPHENIX, BINARY OPERATOR, STAR_DUB, MATT STAR but also works or has worked on limited projects like YAM YAM, STARBUG and some secret projects he doesn't like to mention anymore. As a Label owner he run different projects, too. Matthias describes his musical style as follows: “Everything I like“. He plays everything from Ambient and Trip Hop stuff to House and Techno – everything he likes, depending on the mood. In the clubs he mostly goes ahead in + pretty strict and determined way: "itʼs got to make people dance! it h+s to be groovy!" As passionate music+n he also is in high demand as a remix artist and is always busy creating new interpretations for other artists. In these days Matt focuses more and more on sound design and experiment+l music outside the club context but also stays true to his roots in techno and house of course.

Sabo's record label, Sol Selectas, welcomes the return of Raidho who delivers three organic house tracks with melodic grooves, alongside remixes by Guy Maayan and Giovanny Aparicio.
This is Raidho's third solo EP on Sol Selectas, and it showcases the Polish artist's blend of Afro-inspired percussion, melodic synths and organic sounds. His tracks have a powerful sound that fuses aboriginal rhythms with urban influences.
In addition to his previous releases on Sol Selectas, Raidho's music can also be found on other respected imprints such as Bar 25 Music, 3000 Grad Records, and Camel VIP.
On remix duty, Guy Maayan is a Sol Selectas regular, whose style combines live instruments with Middle Eastern influence, and the electronic sound of his magical synth lines. He has featured many times on Sol Selectas, in addition to other imprints such as Shango Records, • kosa •, Baikal Nomads, and Akbal Music.
Giovanny Aparicio is a Colombian artist who has been a regular feature of Sol Selectas various annual compilation series, and this time he provides a stunning remix with powerful melodies. He has a melodic style of organic house, which has been released on imprints including Pipe & Pochet, Abracadabra Music, and Anjunadeep.
The title track, "Ancient Worlds," kick starts the release with the cosmic melodies of epic pads layered over shuffling percussion and a throbbing bassline.
Next up, "Anunnaki Whispers" is a trippy track with rippling percussion creating a wonky groove that underpins sparkling pads and murky atmospherics.
Guy Maayan's remix of "Anunnaki Whispers," bolsters the percussion and makes more prominent use of the synths to create an indie dance version.
Last of the originals, "Oracle's Vision" has swelling synths and rolling organic percussion layered with a twinkling melody to create a techy groove full of suspense.
Giovanny Aparicio lifts the tempo of "Oracle's Vision" and adds some additional synth parts to create a melodic version that focuses on the original's techy elements without losing the organic sound.
The artwork by Helia Jamali is a visual mirror for the EP's transcendent sound, weaving a cosmic multidimensional web from ancient memories and radiant beams of the sun.

In this one, you can clearly hear the high quality musical handwriting of the long term Munich nightlife protagonist.
