A bold representation of Kyn's unique aesthetic, the EP's titular "Exploding Sunsets" paints a truly cinematic picture, inspired by the memory of a compelling sundown that bathed Tokyo in its translucent hue. Unfurling with distinct aplomb, Roman constructs a sharp beat, laying the foundation for meandering vocal chops and a swaying low end. Making his way through haunting ambiances, Kyn summons a spiraling arpeggio that collides into a break in the clouds where heavenly chords lift his entrancing vocal tones to higher grounds.
