Denney has ricocheted through the dance music circuit since his first Hot Creations release in 2012, raising the stakes higher with each record and gaining props from everyone from Annie Mac to Mixmag, who named him their ‘Future Hero’. ‘Visualise’ lands on Crosstown Rebels on 27th May with three original cuts from Denney and a Luke Solomon remix.

From the headsy house of the title track, to the deep and enthralling pulse of ‘Senses’ and the rolling melodies of ‘Hallucinate’, Denney illustrates the breadth of his raw and burgeoning talent. While Classic record founder and chart topping Freaks frontman Luke Solomon steps up to shake up ‘Visualise’ with his awe-inspiring take on the original, hot a you like!

Denney cut his teeth at the legendary Back To Basics in Leeds, where he now holds a residency. This release his first for Damian Lazarus’s pioneering imprint and another step up in the ranks for this rising star. “Crosstown Rebels has been one of my favourite record labels over the last decade so am really excited to be releasing with them."

German housewiz Nils Penner has been delivering fantastic music lately on labels like Freerange, Compost and Exploited. His last Moodmusic release “Mustang” in 2015 was heavily supported by the A-class DJs.

We are happy to release his new EP called ‘The Power Of Sound’ featuring the vocal talent from Page, a spoken word poet hailing from Durban, South Africa. “The Power Of Sound” is a bass-heavy percussion-monster not shy of its african influences. The second Track called “Theory” takes you on a melodic journey with its trippy delayed arp-melodies and the beautiful chords on top. Remixes do come courtesy of Smash TV (Hive, Get Physical) and Lazaros (KX/Sum Over Histories).

'Incantations' is the debut EP from MAGNA PIA - the new solo project by Cassegrain member Hüseyin Evirgen.

Hüseyin is one half of the Cassegrain duo alongside long- time colleague Alex Tsiridis. Renowned as a driving force within the world of leftfield club techno and contemporary sound design, Cassegrain are known for their work on labels like Prologue, and on Killekill and Infrastructure New York alongside Tin Man.

Evirgen now comes to close colleague Ed Davenport's Counterchange imprint for this first fully fledged solo EP. As MAGNA PIA, he introduces his own very personal image of Techno - rich, textural and full of detail.

The EP offers a strong narrative throughout - from the low slung melodic churn of opening track 'Dhul' to the mutant acid of 'Nyx' at its epitaph. Over four tracks with four very different moods we are treated to a masterclass in hardware only, high-end electronics - weird, melodic, hypnotic, banging.

'Dhul' was first previewed on Rødhåd's Groove Magazine Mix CD (GROOVE 155 / CD 64, 2015), and set the wheels in motion for this full EP.

One half of esteemed house duo Waifs and Strays, Amos, launches his new alias: Part Time Lover. Debuting on Crosstown Rebels with Don’t Hesitate, the EP is a stunning six track release that features vocals from Danielle Moore and Oli Gosh, as well as remixes from PBR Streetgang

The EP opens with Don’t Hesitate. A pure house groover, Oli Gosh’s vocals provide the track with a seductive flare, whilst the swinging bassline rolls alongside dynamic pulsing keys. Second up is the dub version of Don’t Hesitate. Stripped back yet still wholesome, the mix features whirring pads. Tied comes next, as Danielle Moore’s incredible soulful vocals coat the record with a dance-ready warmth. PBR Streetgang are first up on remix duties, providing an acid-flecked reinterpretation of Tied that harks back to the 80s with electro-like synths and distorted kicks, before their dub mix continues in a similarly driving vein.

English vocalist Oli Gosh has featured on Dutch house music label Armada Deep. Danielle Moore has been the lead singer of Crazy P since 2002, releasing on the likes of Wolf Music Recordings and Smoke ‘N’ Mirrors. PBR Streetgang released their standout album Late Night Party Line last year on the esteemed Skint label.

'An exceptional release is up next on Witty Tunes, in courtesy of Andre Salmon and Dave Sanz, who combine their forces and it’s result is ’Black Pudding’. Andre is not a rookie in the electronic music scene, over the years he garnered supports from Jamie Jones to Steve Lawler, while his releases seeing the lights under labels such as Hottrax, Saved, Get Physical, Viva Music, Leftroom among many others.

It’s always a pleasure to work with such a great artists however Witty Tunes is upping the ante this time and provide two sensational rework. Luigi Rocca, owner of the legendary 303Lovers imprint steps on the remix side with a hot, club-oriented rework and deliver a pure peak-time weapon.

We are always happy to present and giving the opportunity for the new generation, so the other remix comes from two amazingly talented artist from Italy, Samuele Scelfo and Rulers (Mattia and Andrea Orizio). The Italian guys approach the track from a more underground direction and transform it to a groovy masterpiece!'
