Premiere: L E N K E - Beyond Belief [ARRVL Records]

Ritchies' musical roots began with a passion for the trance movement in the mid 90's and that distinctive Balearic sound. His love of soulful house and disco from the likes of Soulfuric Records and Defected tuned his ears to the structure of powerful melodies, wicked vocals and hitting the club scene to appreciate it all live. 

This was his inspiration to dive in to DJing and producing electronic music, which was soon followed by opportunities to perform in niche venues across London.

Since then Ritchie has performed at venues across the UK & Ibiza, with particular focus on the Capital scene including, Horse & Groom, Egg, Ministry Of Sound, McQueen, E1, Orange Yard, the incredible Ibiza Sunset Boat Parties, Eden and Pacha. Supporting brand promotions such as the famous Ibiza brand Pukka Up, London Sound Academy, ARRVL, The Gallery. EXiT, Selador.

His style fuses a range of influences from Nu disco, vocal, progressive & deep house right through to tech house and techno, depending on the time, space & environment.

His passion and love of progressive House, electronica & Deep techno, saw him co-found events and record label brand ARRVL 6 years ago - focussed on showcasing the music which takes followers & fellow genre lovers on memorable, emotive, musical narratives.

Ritchie also runs the house, disco and indie dance events brand, Social Beats, with over 20 events across London and beyond.

In the last 6 years, he has focused his attention to the production side, with a number of EP and single releases on labels such as ICONYC, Coldharbour, NYLO, 64K Recordings, Krafted Underground., Capital Heaven, Mango Alley and Manual. And there’s much more to come in 2024.

Hailing from London; electronic duo L E N K E are a formidable team on the rise. With combined industry experience spanning over two decades between the pair, their imminent rise rests on a bed of hard-earned stripes and cultured musical appreciation from a raver’s perspective. The duo’s underlying desire to flood the world with the energy that accompanies their work can be felt throughout their productions, which continue to flourish and grow in aesthetic depth - year on year.

L E N K E (Lenny Raveney & Kevin Coyne) are known for championing the insatiable and grippingly raw side of House and Techno music. Reaching for the progressive, melodic and deeper portions of electronic music’s plethora of flavours, their palate is one that echoes many of today’s industry greats - including the likes of ARTBAT, Lane 8, Eelke Kleijn, Rufus Du Sol, Booka Shade, Solomun, CamelPhat and many more.

In recent years, the duo has stepped back on the gas in terms of artistry. Several attention-garnering releases have seen the duo supported in depth by artists and fans alike. 2020 alone saw backing from the iconic Richie Hawtin, along with peaking entries at #6 on Beatport’s Progressive House hype chart, and #31 on Beatport’s global Progressive House chart. L E N K E has also seen increasing popularity on an independent level, with four free downloads reaching the top 20 of globally renowned release platform, Hypeddit. 

No strangers to the DJ booth, L E N K E have also had the privilege of appearing at some of electronic music’s most revered club spaces including Ministry of Sound and Egg London. Their digital presence is also ever-increasing, with performances on Data Transmission (livestream), Release FM radio, Too Hot Radio and a Guest Mix for A Darker Wave on nliveradio.com making up some of their most notable highlights to date. 

With impressive accolades, undoubtedly comes the opportunity to appear alongside some of the biggest and most respected names on the planet.        L E N K E have already shared lineups with the likes of Danny Howard, Markus Schulz, W&W, Judge Jules and Eelke Kleijn, among others - signalling the duo’s potential for things to come as they continue to share their acoustic capacity with the world.

A pairing to cast a watchful eye on as the world no doubt begins to regain some of its normality. L E N K E are primed and ready to inject boundless energy into the electronic music universe for the foreseeable future.
