This is a song from my first album, Fancy Free.  I composed this song back in California, as my sweet cherubim were taking a nap and I leaned against an old oak tree in meditation. I was beckoned from my meditation to press record on my phone...and this flew through.  It was inspired by my near death experience and visit to the Celestial realm, where I was surrounded by multitudes of Light beings and filled with more LIGHT and LOVE than I ever had imagined possible.  We're never alone.  I've got faith!

Inspired by the words of Swami Sivananda, one of the great yoga masters of the 20th century, “Namaste” reminds us that the eyes of God are as close as the person next to us. The literal translation from Sanskrit is sung in the choruses, while the verses provide a more expanded meaning.

"Thanks and Praises" is an original song by a friend named Jason Hickey, big love and gratitude for him birthing this song and allowing me to carry it in a good way. This song has touched the hearts of 100's in my hands, and more within his as well. I'm posting it for all those who remember themselves via this song and gather good medicine for themselves from hearing it! Also, gratitude and acknowledgement to Robin Liepman of Bloom Music Project for his "mana, from the Aina" portion of this song that stuck with me when he first introduced me to his original song in Hawaii. "I am worthy, truly worthy, to shine" another great section of this song, birthed by Josh Thomas in Maui, Hawaii. Big thanks to Sparrow Rose for singing with me, and Peter Barley on the harp for this iPhone recording, which was recorded on Barley Hill in a musical moment. Thank you family!
