Hi, I’m Ben I’m 27 years old and I’m currently a student studying BSc Sports Therapy in Staffordshire with the hope of pursuing a master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
I started my journey much different than most as initially sport and exercise and studying the human body was more of a hobby that came with being an avid Crossfitter and active person so quitting my job for a degree was not the road I originally paved, but I’m glad I did.

So why am I starting this Podcast?
Really and truly it’s to try and eliminate a lot of the that’s saturated health and fitness and to help people who still don’t really know what they are doing, but it’s going to be so much more than that.

You can expect laughs as I invite friends on and also informative value as ill cover some sport topics such as fitness, therapy and maybe even lecturers.
On the off chance I won’t be discussing the above stuff I’ll be delving into modern society with what’s going on like the pros and cons of social media and all the things in-between.
