I racked my brains when I was there what Underground Resistance tune this ripped off, then I had the epiphany it was actually another branch of Detroit techno and Los Hermanos - Quetzal.  Then after digging I found this tune was actually arranged by Gerald Mitchell - Mr Los Hermanos himself.  Made me happy it wasnt another 'Jaguar moment'
