Swedish globetrotter @lukaslyrestam has built up a steady catalogue of warm house jams infused with melodic '80s influences in recent years, through his own Clouded House imprint through to labels like Skint and Hardrock Striker's Skylax Records. With a tasty vocal in him too and a day job in sound design, he's quite the package and cooks up a lovely hour of his own productions for us that's constantly colourful and groove-laden.

“Can you tell us a little about this mix and what it means to you?”

So it’s 100% my own material, and remixes of those which is pretty exciting as it’s the first mix I’ve done with those restrictions. It’s been both humbling and embarrassing reviewing all the material I’ve made in the last 7 years or so and in putting together the mix I wanted to showcase some older material that still holds up with what’s been coming out on Skint lately. I’ve put in two remixes of HOYL that Jimpster & Ron Basejam did that in my opinion are absolute belters along with older stuff that’s an equal blend instrumental and vocal-led material. Hope ya dig!! 🔥
