In my universe, a poetic twist on the Lithuanian word "jūrmylė" makes it alternatively translate to "sea-love", yet it describes not just mere love, but an obsession so strong, that it lures you out of your sanity.

It is dangerous to spend your days under the constant influence of the sea's overwhelming beauty, power, and indifference… because it builds an intense affection - and If you are not careful enough, you will end up deep in the cold.

If it does happen, the sea, after a hundred years or so, will turn your skull into a seashell, but there will be no sound of the sea coming from it.

I am lucky to be alive. I have witnessed it on myself, and I can testify. And you can listen.

The city sprung to life in the glow of the summer heat. Groups gathered down by the riverside to celebrate the orange glow and watch the water ripple delicately beneath the warm breeze. They would stay out late into the early hours of the morning taking in the ambience of a seasonal night, Music played loudly from cars parked nearby as onlookers watched eagerly on. 

Candomblé was introduced to us by a good friend in the form of Jan Schulte. Described as the new wave of artists in Düsseldorf he has entrusted good faith in the up and coming label. Their first EP sees them release three tracks from an array of producers, many of them new faces.

Treat Street Records is a Sydney based label focusing on releasing new music from friends and family around the world.
The label is run by two friends Jerome Mouron (alias Paul Jextra/Caravan) who has done releases with the likes of Planet Trip, Ca$hminus and Ken Oath. The other half of the label is run by Myles du Chateau (alias Dim City) who has done releases with Jolly Jams, Kitsune, Modular, Future Classic, Treat Street Records & Moontown records.
'Absolute Unity' is the new Dance Music project from Ryan Grieve, a co-founder of Hole In The Sky Records. Ryan has produced as one half of bands Canyons, Fred Cherry and Heart People, among others, with releases on labels DFA Records, Modular Recordings, Universal Music, Warner Music, Hole in the Sky & I'm A Cliché.
Returning from the haze of major record label obscurity and confusion, Absolute Unity is a return to roots with a focus on simple, raw sounds aimed for DJs to play to dance floors.

Roe Deers is a Lithuanian-based producer aka Liudas Lazauskas. Liudas started listening to electronic music when I was 10 year old. Being 11 year old, he got a turntable and a mixer, he started collecting vinyls and practiced my mixing technique at my parents nightclub. Eventually, he started playing at club venues in Lithuania, few years after - across the Europe. Then he began my music story and let the music do the talking. He have enthralled the nights of endless audiences in the many clubs in Europe by delivering well blended electronic music.

Having spent more than 15 years behind the turntables performing at clubs and produced electronic music, Liudas became significantly well equipped with rich musical knowledge across many genres of electronic music. While most of the electronic music follows a clear and often monotonic pattern, you never know what you will get from Roe Deers. The way how he would describe my sound would be “From old-school style up to disco and from soulful to deep new wave - combination of disco, rock & house”. It really does vary.

Roe Deers employ all shades of love in his shows so that the only response you can give him is dance.

Franz Scala’s sets are as diverse as the music he curates as label head of Slow Motion. Weaving smoothly between Italian Dance, Psychedelic Disco and Proto House, Franz quickly turns the dance floor into a vignette-tainted retro nostalgia rave fueled only by his music.
 Born in Italy and now a resident of Berlin for a decade Franz has his roots in noise rock and elettronica but was led by the record collectors passion into acquiring a taste for modern and not so modern dance floor music.
 He frequently inspires dancers in clubs all over Europe with his eclectic blend of spacey House, New Wave, Italo and Acid speckled with hints of Electro and Chicago House.
 Aside from producing on his own imprint, he has releases on World Unknown, Bordello A Parigi, Bahnsteig 23, Tusk Wax, Mechatronica or Discodromo´s Cocktail d’Amore Music. Franz is link to many events around the german capital such as the monthly Wrong Era, Italian Dance Wave and Italorama night in Panorama Bar, Magic Waves or New Dance Fantasy Festival. Beside long time collaboration with Sameheads he is regular dj at Griessmuhle and Salon zur Wilden Renate. In 2013 he joined Dimitri SoEmotional in the “Studio Luce” project
