The Why people dance question was asked for the first time in Lithuania back in 2013 but it gained a worldwide echo in its 8 years of existence. Run by @pauliuskamblevicius with the help of @experimentsserial and a network of collaborators, the online electronic music platform and label keeps its heart open for new friends and treasure finds but its filter tight and deep underground. A DJ and producer hailing from the northernmost borders of the Czech Republic, Kletis finds inspiration in the rainy forest where he resides. His sound is a reflection of life's melancholy, primarily delving into deep music and seamlessly crossing genres like techno, ambient, drone, and halftime drum and bass.

Kletis began his production journey in the early 2010s, drawing significant influence from the original sounds of dubstep and UK garage. Over the past decade, he has released numerous singles and EPs, both digitally and physically, on various platforms and labels worldwide. His debut album, Black Rainbow, released on his own imprint DOLEC, showcases a blend of genres and moods, featuring darkened half-tempos, steps, breakbeats, and techno, all enriched with unique rhythms and atmospheres.

In addition to his solo work, Kletis is a key member of the Shotgun Festival crew, known for organizing outdoor festivals, warehouse events, and club parties. As a DJ, he curates sets that focus on techno tools, the melodic and hypnotic sides of techno, industrial atmospheres, and ambient tracks.
