Flexi Cuts is pleased to introduce Lazy Snail's new EP, Lucky Life. A truly valuable work, the result of time and research, where Alessandro (aka Lazy Snail) wanted to explore different sides of electronic music of an inner and mature nature at the same time.
Lucky Life is like going up to the attic and finding something precious to take care of; it sums up a long musical journey, from the past to the present, in five tracks full of meaning.
The first track, Remèrcier, is a tribute to 'dance' music, an intense talk over a hypnotic moog bass.
This is followed by Vagrants, dedicated to his hometown (Cudgnola), where we find an 808 rhythmic patterns as involving and beating as a walk in the rain.
The B-side opens with One Place, which features a vocal stunning collaboration with Flicker Fox, who brings the track into a techno universe with percussion and intimate echoes.
Climbin' High was inspired by Alessandro's passion and admiration for the mountains. He composed it imagining an extreme climb, and immediately afterwards an equally dangerous but necessary descent. Just like in reality.
The record ends with No Evil, an ambient-flavoured gem that opens on the climax in a riot of expert snares and synths.

PREMIERE: Lazy Snail - Remercier [Flexi Cuts]

Organizer of mayhem to the core, Anonymous Z founded the 1st underground DJ community of Bahrain, Glassroom. Leading this group of misfits from various origins, he organized parties and after parties legal or not which are remembered as legendary by local nightlife. His motto then was "They tried to bury us, but they forgot we were seeds".

Being more active behind the decks when reaching Saigon in Vietnam, he sneaks in the scene by creating his signature Mad Circus Parties. Joining the Banana Hustle crew in their punchy tropical frenzy, he participates to promote and develop their unique vibe. 
Originally a Techno head, he receives a taste for digging unique tracks may it be Afro, House, Disco or Funk. He complements the whole with his special selection of hand pick Techno and Deep House.

His strong selecta opened him the doors of top underground venues: Arcan, The Lighthouse, Broma & Vitamin D after parties.

His non linear sets are most often improvised, driven by the dance floor and over a variety of a music styles with tense and groovy basslines and epic storytelling melodies always playfull with the emotions. 

You end up with some trippy and dark downtempo sets with a strong tribal influence or more uobeat and groovy but not brighter sets of Nu Disco, Electro clash, Wave, New Beat, Dark Disco, Minimal or Techno.

Recently Anonymouz Z came back from his anonymous status and disclosed his secret Identity, Ziggy. He is now the curator of the Shush Club After party and the Artistic Director of Cocoon in Saigon (VN).

The Why people dance question was asked for the first time in Lithuania back in 2013 but it gained a worldwide echo in its 8 years of existence. Run by @pauliuskamblevicius with the help of @experimentsserial and a network of collaborators, the online electronic music platform and label keeps its heart open for new friends and treasure finds but its filter tight and deep underground. Ludmila Fuks is an Argentine music producer, live performer, and DJ based in Buenos Aires. She began her musical career as a producer in 2020, with releases on labels such as Other People (USA), Nein Records (UK), Logia (ARG), Epicure (FR), Calypso (MEX), and Kyma Komplex (MEX), where she also curated the latest VA. With a strong live set, she also performs in DJ format, having already performed in Chile, sharing the booth with Nicolaas Jaar at the showcase for his label Other People, the “Ladridos” festival, and in European cities such as Paris and Berlin (Bulbul, Hör). Her sound is characterized by a strong bass presence and the use of percussion and acid sounds, creating dark, hypnotic, and earthy atmospheres, thus passing through various genres such as acid, indie dance, EBM, dark disco, and electro, adapting to different intensities to generate an ecstatic experience. She is a political scientist and PhD candidate in Philosophy, combining both fields under the alias FKS, with sound installations and experimental tracks.
