Enter Planet Dust welcomes Frenchman in Berlin, Manuel Jesus to the ranks with the first single from his upcoming LP, Transmutation. Having cut his teeth fronting proto-punk psyche groups in his teenage years, Jesus made several extended trips to India and relocated to Berlin where he set up a studio and joined the artist collective and DIY venue, Loophole.

World Wild Web's organ and drum machine-led music nods to the global Cosmic continuum, and reminds me of Suicide, The Velvet Underground, The Monks and more. Cursed Fruits shows off Manuel's dark, nihilistic approach toward catchy organ pop, while b-side Alexa, Play Some Music is a hyperactive and chaotic take on classic 90s Chicago House, featuring conceptual and multidisciplinary artist Bobby Brim.

Epsilove (Antinote, Dekmantel) contributes two bonkers remixes and Cursed Fruits has been given the rework treatment by label head Donald Dust.

PREMIERE: Zaratustra - Powers Of Karma Feat. Pol Sibil (Leonor Remix)

We are locked-in on the new collaboration of Vleks and Chinosynth. While the first has been in the family since the release of "Freakin Alone", the latter is a very welcome new addition. Together, the two producers show why they are taking by storm the local scene, and give you another taste of the Mexican Wave.

The single explores Dark Disco through a very warm sound design, led by guitars and distorted vocals. Closing the Mexican triangle, Technicism joins the release on ultra serious remix duties. Both versions are energetic, and aimed for club use.

"Atrapado" is the first release of Inner Shah in 2024, and is now available soon on all platforms.

This wasn’t a song directly about Brexit, but it was being written going into the vote in the UK.  At the same time, debates were taking place in the USA about Donald Trump’s potential leadership campaign to be President.

I’ve always had a fascination with political ideas and how they shape the messages that are given to us.  Clearer, throughout history, there are those who have seized upon a given set of circumstances and had the ability to persuade others about the path to follow, sometimes for good and other times with extreme consequences.

The lyrics reflect a feeling that traditional politics are slowly being rejected, but it’s not certain what will replace them.  It’s not supposed to be pessimistic, but asks the question about what comes next – and whether we are headed towards a time that makes it more likely that those with more extreme ideologies will capture the hearts and minds of more and more people.

@JackWasFaster makes his debut for @FactorCity with four excellent dance-floor cuts that bridge the currents of slow-mo techno and cosmic disco, a perfect blend of darkness and light.

“Perro viejo” is a 12’ apocalyptic jam built around pulsating beats, an industrial atmosphere, and acid synths.  Italian duo @YoungerThanMe chose this track to remix, condensed it and added extra tension by adding synth stabs and vocal chops. Rave on!
