The 8th mix of the label was recorded by the synth wave project The Bleak Engineers, which is timed to coincide with the release of their Deluxe version of the vinyl EP "Unconsious" (out at the Rotation Mécanique in a few weeks). 

With this musical selection, the project participants emphasize their connection with early 80's music, their love for new wave / post - punk / synth wave / minimal.  It combines the rare restored recordings of the pioneers of the Soviet post-punk and  wave as well as the avant-garde experiments of the world representatives of the genre.

Nouveau résident d'Ola tout droit venu de Glasgow, Sebastian Swarm entame sa résidence avec un invité de choix, le producteur Daniel Magee allias Lo Kindre pour un set minimal synth, expérimental et dub.

Lo Kindre is the musical alias of Glasgow-based Irish musician Daniel Magee, a creator of downtempo drum-machine and synth music. Since his debut release on Optimo Music in 2017 Lo Kindre has found a home on Vienna's Neubau label with MR TC and has released new EPs on Glasgow's 12th Isle and London's Byrd Out. 2019 saw the launch of his new record label Phase Group, ran with MR TC, as well as a performance at the 2019 edition of Sonica. In 2020, he released a new 7” single, ‘Dusk/Grey Skies (i)’, on Phase Group, and has a string of tracks and remixes forthcoming on various labels.

As the days went by, the anxiety built; manifesting in every single thing she did. She looked at the calendar on her wall, hoping that somehow time would stand still, that this looming date might not ever actually come. This had become her coping mechanism of late; simply pretending the event would never materialise, rather than prepare for the inevitable. Nerves would take over and, when the time came, she would be the only one who could truly overcome them.

Romanian producer and DJ Borusiade has showcased her dreamy blend of industrial, post-wave and techno on releases for some of the biggest players in those sonic fields: Cómeme, Dark Entries, Cititrax and Pinkman to name a few. She now makes her debut on Rennes-based label Tripalium Corp with Purge, a five-track EP of 80s-influenced industrial rhythms laced with haunting vocals, that explore heartbreak in forced isolation, one's coping systems, hope and progress, and the lessons you take with you.

"Since the early 1980s the Eureka, California based duo Psyclones freak out in music. As one of the most long-standing DIY duos, Brian Ladd and Julie Frith created a body of work, that flirts with Ambient, experimental industrial sounds, New Wave, Post-Punk, Synth-Pop, and all that electric jazz. Now, Notte Brigante is dropping “Tape Music 1980 – 1984” – a detailed compiled sampler on Psyclones early output, that was scattered over diverse tape releases. A nine tracks long trip into the work of a highly underrated band, that never lost their drive to explore new avenues in sound.

Full streaming of track "Keep It Together". Α marvelous track in experimental minimal synth, new wave and  post punk scene. Rhythm guitar bass that gives to the track wiggle and swing,  trompbet used in style and structure while Brian Ladd's  vocals are calling you. This track was recorderd early 80's but you can take a breath of fresh air. Rant over.

As an opening act for its LP series, Dalmata Daniel presents the new album by Dutch West Coast mid-veteran Roberto Auser.

Auser has been into cinematic (or b-videomatic) electro for more than a decade now, with releases on Viewlexx, Pinkman, Gooiland Electro/Enfant Terrible and more, ranging from atmospheric and hypnotic to tight and grim, but always loaded with a vision of a storyteller. In a Dutch way, for sure. Though Second Sun is, again, an audiovisual trip, that's not the primary concept here – it's probably the purest album-like experience of Robert Auser so far, presenting most of his characteristics and sounds, and also new elements, still, all are coherent and organic parts of Auser projective language of electronics.

Second Sun starts off with a rather sinister way: a noise and industrial beat driven mood frames a subtle main theme in the background (Silent Spring), then it transforms into the highway arpeggio of the title track, just to find itself soon in the middle of tense electro by the third one. Auser unfolds some new shades here: the melancholic echoes and vocals of new school American industrial wave (Fabric of Time), the voice of cold despair returns throughout the album (Gentrified), it even embraces some vocoder pop in the mid tempo electro of Place With No Name.

Auser keeps the distance from techno in an elegant way, yet at some points touches the core of it. Passes through some well-crafted rhythmic noise with Edge of Reason (echoes of Container there) to reach an acidic club climax with the old school electro of Third Place and the ebm-techno of Entangled. Roberto Auser's post-industrial-cyber-beat-soundscapes, in the end, dissolve into three minutes of contemplative electronica: it gives us the time and space, and that's the moment when the Second Sun finally comes

After the publication of its first record on Dec. 2020, Lyon-based Bamboo Shows label is happy to start 2021 by returning to the cassette-format with the 6-track Debut-EP from Italian duo Perse, formed by Marco Milanesio (DsorDNE, 9cento9) and Emiliana Voltarel (BRACONIDAE).

‘Exile in H’ is a great gathering of spoken poetry, illbient, electronic experimentations and field recordings. Its dark, heavy industrial / noise atmospheres occasionally reach liberating climax, moving the listener away from the initially induced torpor through explosive drumlines.

Limited-edition of 46 tapes; to be released on April 8, 2021.
