This track I played live on my Korg Stage-Piano SP-250. It took three attempts to coordinate the changes and overlapping of sounds (maximum 2 sounds). In the end I needed one break in the recording session for more concentration on the second piano part (in 5:51). I recorded it with a minidisc deck. Let's Rewind The Clock

Dieses neu komponierte Titelstück für das aktuell erschienene Album "Greetings From Australia", welches die Zusammenarbeit mit Heidi-Marie Arapa präsentiert, entstand kurz vor der Veröffentlichung und ist zugleich Heidi-Marie gewidmet, welche meine Kompositionen, deren Originale ebenfalls auf dem Album zu finden sind, so einfallsreich und vielfältig bearbeitet hat. Da es sich zumeist um Ambient-Piano-Stücke handelt, welche Heidi-Marie vor allem mit orchestralen Synthsounds ergänzt hat, ist auch das Titelstück passender Weise ein Ambient-Piano-Stück.

This newly composed title track for the currently released album "Greetings From Australia", which presents the collaboration with Heidi-Marie Arapa, was written shortly before its release and is also dedicated to Heidi-Marie, who my compositions, the originals of which can also be found on the album, edited so imaginatively and diversely. Since these are mostly ambient piano pieces, which Heidi-Marie has supplemented primarily with orchestral synth sounds, the title track is also appropriately an ambient piano piece.

MUSIC WRITTEN AND RECORDED BY DS 2022-2024.

TRIBUTE to the unforgettable Mike Oldfield and the instrumental genre he invented; vaguely based on the concept of a never heard album, possibly Tubular Bells 4.

INSTRUMENTS: PRS & Schecter electric guitars; Takamine acoustic guitar; various VST synths (e.g., Zebra2, AAS) played via a Yamaha physical keyboard; drum loops, various pedal effects by BOSS and ZOOM.

The roots and origin of the new music is my deep respect for Oldfield, a fantastic instrumentalist and composer. During the recordings, I often tried to imagine what a “forgotten” full-length instrumental from his mid-career would sound like. In particular I had in mind live concerts from the early 80s; a rarity played, a track that Mr. Oldfield somehow decided to never release for mysterious reasons. Call me naive, laugh if you must but this was my line of thoughts while working on this music.

Pezhman Mosleh – Whispers for Peace and Love

"Limitless" is dedicated to Krzystof Kieslowski and attracted so many attentions from many countries including France and Poland, and the site of Kieslowski Art and Polish music information center in Poland broadcasted it and it is believed that the music of Mosleh is close to Priesner’s.

This sound and many such beautiful ones are gathered in a beautiful and peaceful compilation entitled “Whispers for Peace and Love”, the fruit of the recent years he has spent in silence and solitude, studying and searching. The pieces in this album are portrayed and approach film music. Although many of the songs are instrumentals, there is also the occasional singing which is rendered by the very voice of the musician.
The album includes 8 pieces; “Snow”, “Limitless”, “Good remembrance”, “Loneliness at night”, “life”, “Martyr”, “Nameless”, “Dance of wind”.

Pezhman Mosleh – notable Mandela song
He is the first Iranian artist who has composed and sang a song for Mandela which was dedicated to the South African President and activist when he was alive. This notable song was conveyed to Mr. Mandela and Nelson Mandela Foundation who both expressed their appreciation of the work of an author who means to touch the heart of the world. The heartfelt composition is orchestrated in a way and also includes extracts of Mandela’s speech giving the full thing an anthemic strength with a mixture of authentism and emotion. The song has seen broadcast in South Africa on their South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC), in the UK via the beautiful and humanity program of Wandsworth radio and on Amazing radio.

The instrument I learned first was the cello, later on the piano. In my childhood and youth I took part in several orchestras and choirs. At the age of 17 I started playing in rock bands; in 1989 me and my friend Daniel ("Vocebasso" and "Liedschmied", you find him here) founded the progressive rock band "The Lynx"
(my functions: keyboards, cello, backing vocals, songwriting and arrangement). In the early 90s I became more and more enthusiastic about electronic music and the German broadcast radio show "Schwingungen" with Winfrid Trenkler. With the help of my first synthesizers Kawai K1 and Korg T3 I started to compose tracks. After using the internal sequencers I discovered the possibilities of Cubase. 
Beside my activities in the cover rock band "Silent Sound", several projects I initiated in my function as a teacher for music in a secondary school and the singer- /songwriter project "WortSpiel" (https://www.facebook.com/DuoWortSpiel) I never stopped composing electronic music in the last 20 years. 
My music is most influenced by orchestral music (classic, soundtracks), progressive rock and pop music and - of course - by electronic music. I will never forget, when I was six years old and my brother put on the record "Oxygene IV" by Jean-Michel Jarre. Another track, which gave me magic moments, was "Force Majeure" by Tangerine Dream. The year 1990 meant the final electronic wake-up call, namely in the form of Ron Boots and his great record "Dreamscape". It's one of my favorites to this day.
The themes of my music are generally the nature, journeys and landscapes, personal relations and emotions and - within these associations - often the longing for inner and outer freedom, for the breakout of boundaries and fears. 
Wiesenberg: That's the maiden name of my mother (by trade a vocalist), which refers back to my roots and to the long way, my ancestors took from Salzburg (Austria) through Königsberg / Kaliningrad (Russia) to Rheda-Wiedenbrück (Germany, North Rhine Westphalia). I walked on - through Lower Saxony to Rhineland-Palatinate. Next stop: Who knows? In the end I am an expellee and a hermit - an "eremit".
