Reggae/Dubの力強さ、脈々と現代に繋るSoundsystemの重低音、Raggaの激熱咆哮と存在感、Jazz/Soul/R&B/Funk/Hiphopなどの刻みに即興感それと同時にグルーヴ、HouseやTechnoの反復の快楽、Raveの天井知らずの高揚感、各地のメロディにリズム、生～電子楽器など、様々な音の要素を吸収しそれらを疾走感あふれるブレイクビーツと重低音に乗せて一気に放ち音の密林へ誘う血湧き肉躍る雑食ダンスミュージック＝JUNGLEを中心に、黄金のBass CultureとRave Cultureを結びつけ、熱い音を楽しめるパーティー、それがTribal Connection。

Tribal Connectionは、「Tribalにはtribeって言葉があって、部族とか。いろいろ超えてダンスでつながる」をモットーに、2009年に始動。

現在、Tribal Connectionは、DJ YAHMAN、JUNGLE ROCK、大出泰士、Tenmus、HALUの5人で構成。各自のバックグラウンドを軸に多角的なジャングル活動を行い、JUNGLE PARTY Tribal Connectionを奇数月第２土曜に渋谷の虎子食堂にて開催中。2023年11月の開催通算100回目／創立14周年祭は、開始直後に満員御礼。2024年、創立15周年。

ジャングルの多元と可変を使い分け、オールド／ニューの時間軸を破壊、ストリクトリーなジャングルセットに限らず、生来の雑食性から“ジャンルの外”とされる音の中に存在するジャングル感を嗅ぎ取り抽出して放つ折衷ミックスも行う。2002年からのCHAMPION BASSでの活動を経てTribal Connection設立に参画。海外ではバンコク、ホーチミン、ソウルと釜山、上海でもDJing。UKのKeep Hushの初来日Tokyo編に参加。ジャングルについてのZINE《JUNGLE DOCUMENT》の企画・制作・編著・発行人。

2006年にラガジャングルに魅了され単独での活動をスタート。2018年にジャングル/ドラムンベース専門中古レコードショップ junglemaniarecordsを開店。

"アーメンブレーク" を根底に置いたミックスで、 JUNGLEをはじめ、BREAKBEATS・LEFT FIELD・DRUM&BASS などを得意とする。近年はエスニックやオリエンタルの要素を取り入れた四つ打ちも多い。 Tribal Connectionを軸に多くのアンダーグラウンド現場に立つ傍ら、メジャーアーティストのサポートDJも務めている。ダンサーの経歴を活かして、アーティストサポートではバックDJでありながらダンサーとしての役割も果たす。

2020年よりyudayajazzとのユニットTONFAしてもトラック制作やDJ活動中。

Along with my own label Raw, I'm featured and have helped numerous record labels such as Stay up Forever, Cluster, Max min, Hydraulix, Top Shelf, 4X4, Smitten, Highwire, Powertools, Hazcem, TEC, Pounding Grooves, Routemaster, Tortured, CL Recordings, Jerk, Intensive, Bionic Orange and more...  Ive played in many bands such as Back to the Planet and toured and played with R D F, Subhumans, Oasis, Blur, Nirvarna, Levellers, Rough Rough & Ready and Hawkwind to name a few ...

Radical Dance Faction (R.D.F) were founded by Chris Bowsher in Hungerford in 1986, and were originally known as MILITARY SURPLUS. R.D.F's music combines punk, dub, and ska and the're known for being the legends of the UK free festival scene from back in the day. In the early 1990's the band made a few tours of Germany, one tour was as the support act to the REBEL MC (A.K.A. CONGO NATTY), they also supported ZIGGY MARLEY at one point and appeared at the huge Summerjam Festival in July 1993. Chris Bowsher has been the lead singer from the early days of MILITARY SURPLUS. Steve Swann, (R.I.P. The Dub Warrior) also one of R.D.F's original line-up, co-founded the Revolutionary Dub Warriors and was a member of the reformed, dub, ska band Dub The Earth.
Phil & Ozzy left R.D.F. in 1995, and together with Dan & John (A.O.S.3), went on to form P.A.I.N.
Linda and Graham Spey went on to form the band DF118.
Mark McCarthey joined The Wonder Stuff in 2004.
Murph joined The Rhythmites.

Nowadays R.D.F can been seen playing at many of the major festivals around the U.K. such as Glastonbury & Boomtown as well as the smaller festivals like Solfest, Alchemy, Rogues Picnic & Bearded Theory.
