'Alchemy' is the new release from Indian electronic artists Bandish Projekt, based around a collaboration with Uk Spoken word artist Last Mango in Paris.Alchemy is a celebration of modern day India; Narvekar's production combines a traditional Indian aesthetic with an electronic undercurrent and vocals from UK's Hannah Hannah Magenta. The track provides a foundation for a poem which evokes a contemporary subcontinent, where tradition is remixed by a generation hungry for change.

While traveling to Melbourne, Australia, Wouter witnessed the great Fiona Joy performing in concert. The show left him awed by the Aussie musician’s gentle touch on the piano, and the inspiration to record this deceptively simple 
reinvention of “Grace” came soon thereafter.

In the story of the Bhagavad-Gita, the Prince Arjuna is tormented as he drives into battle in his rickshaw, because he might have to kill his brothers. He consults his cross-dressing rickshaw driver, who happens to be the superhero god Krishna in disguise. Krishna busts some lyrics to Arjuna. This track conjures images of early morning ragas by the side of the Ganges.
