Mind Slave

I decided to try and make something a bit more minimal in terms of density as well as general feeling where I could experiment with making a wider variety of sounds, especially in the mid-bass frequency range. I also continued to experiment with different drum patterning, and I think it turned out pretty well :D

Contradictions

As we accelerate towards whatever it is we are accelerating towards, I decided to make something faster and harsher. I love industrial hardcore and crossbreed, and always wanted to learn how to piece together a tune in that vein. It was a tonne of fun to make! I hope you enjoy it. :D

I have been working on this track for a while. It's kind of a mess, but I kind of like it that way. It feels appropriately scattered and disorienting. One moment there is a well worn groove, and the next it is thrown out. Is it good? Who knows. Enjoy?

I was listening to a bunch of technoid recently, and I thought it would be fun to test my understanding of what makes that sub-genre what it is by making a track in that vein. Also I recently watched Total Recall 2070 (underrated gem of the era) and wanted to pull some samples from a favourite episode. This is what these two directions brought me to, and I think I am pretty happy with how it turned out.

This one’s designed to catch you off guard and leave the dancefloor in pieces.

What If

Closing out the release, Amigdala explores NEMY’s most experimental side. The tune leans on atmospheric minimal tones, weaving eerie textures and skeletal rhythms into a haunting sonic experience. It’s restrained yet powerful, leaving space for the imagination while still carrying the signature low-end weight that defines the Warlock Audio sound.

From the opening seconds, the Quadrant & Iris remix of Bedhead strikes a careful balance between reverence and reinvention. The original’s ominous sub-bass growl and the skeletal drum patterns that made Bedhead a C4C classic are still present.
