I’m sharing "Goodbye Spaceboy," an instrumental rock piece that I originally conceived for acoustic guitar but, over time, evolved into a more electric and progressive version. It’s composed in the open tuning DGCGCD, the same tuning used by Jimmy Page in “The Rain Song” by Led Zeppelin. Towards the end, I make a brief reference to that song—specifically the performance from the “The Song Remains the Same” album—as a small nod to that influence.

In this piece, I played all the instruments (guitars, bass, synthesizers, and drum programming), aiming for a sonic coherence that reflects the spatial narrative I started with my version of "Space Oddity." In a way, "Goodbye Spaceboy" continues Major Tom’s journey, musically exploring that feeling of drifting and expanding into the void.

A large part of the sound is defined by the use of delay, a technique that has always fascinated me in the guitars of Andrés Bobe and Gustavo Cerati, and here it plays an essential role in creating ethereal atmospheres. It also features two guitar solos where I tried to step out of the ordinary, experimenting with more eclectic, atonal elements, and a slight influence from Robert Fripp, trying to capture that tension between structure and freedom that so draws me in.

This was another remix by Anwar supreme in the 86 bmp category. This mix has a slow Dilla type beat tempo with trunk rattling bass to keep your car bumping / rattling while steadily head nodding.

 I then Took several Artists verses from random older songs, next, took snippets of the acapellas of several artists: Common, Large Professor, TIM, and Apathy manually adjusting the tempos to around 86 to  match my my beat creations,  then laid it out in a LIVE PLAY recording for about a 6 minute set.
