Hello my dear friends & visitors: At the end of the day, I am an electric guitar player at heart. And this instrumental version of the great ZZ TOP Rock ballad ‘Rough Boy’ from their 1985 album 'Afterburner' is yet another song project that takes me back to my musical roots. I did the instrument recordings, the creation of the drum tracks (Toontrack EZ Drummer 3), the mixing/mastering and the video production myself. Dear friends: Welcome to my SoundCloud-channel!

I'm a songwriter, song arranger, multi-instrumentalist and Mixing/Mastering freak dedicated to home recording and music collaborations. And the guitar is my main instrument. My musical roots go back to the 70s and 80s. In addition to my own songs, I am regularly looking for musical pearls, which I often celebrate with my musician buddies as part of virtual song projects, and thereby dress them in a new musical guise.
