WONDERGATE Podcast

The duo These Siamese consists of Marc and Macoe, who met in Philly and came to San Diego together over 20 years ago. Their influences include DJs and producers from all over the world and they consider themselves genre agnostic, although their library includes deep house, leftfield, Balearic, indie dance, next wave, and melodic techno. They believe there is a perfect song for every moment in life and this is what guides their track selection. They also occasionally foster kittens in their home, which they currently share with one Siamese cat and one black cat.

Entrenched in his craft and dedicated to pushing boundaries within genres, San Diego-based Producer and Audio Engineer, Broken Hill, is characterized by intricate rhythms, lush melodies, and syncopated basslines. Since his debut in June 2023, his works have been capturing the attention
of listeners & industry figures alike. He has garnered support from the likes of Innellea, Marc De Pulse, Yame, and Rej, to name a few. In his role as the resident Lead Audio Engineer at The Music Company (TMC) Studios in Pacific Beach, California. 
Broken Hill consistently collaborates with musicians spanning various musical genres. 
Drawing inspiration from these diverse experiences, he crafts complex tunes, blending elements of Indie Dance, House, and Detroit Style Techno. His unique blend of influences contributes to the creation of music that truly stands out. Beyond the studio, when performing from the DJ booth, Broken
Hill delivers sets filled with high energy, endless rhythm, and harmonic elation.

Founded in 2007 by DJs David Jonez and Val Carrique, the duo gained a strong following in New York and New Jersey’s club scene. Starting as DJs at 14, they transitioned from Hip Hop and Reggae to House Music, inspired by New York’s underground. Now seasoned performers in their twenties, they tour internationally and produce genre-blending tracks, embodying a commitment to quality and versatility.
