Fusion is LectrO cOd_E in top form.  The hyperactive sonic energy collisions we have come to expect from this producer have entered a new phase of intricacy, dimension, and mania.

'Scatterbrained' features a mechanical groove constructed of interconnected machine sounds and a subtle acid layer that bounces deftly between.  'Delete it!' pairs a hesitant break with a domineering sub bass crunching it together with some signature frenzied cOd_E business.  'Fusion' brings the robotic bounce and electroshock snare over a meditative background layer, leaving a steady pocket for blippy synths and white noise mayhem.  'Interference' is built on non-stop sub drones under top layer interplay that is quite minimal by LectrO cOd_E standards, resulting in an interlude which is in itself a main event.  Wrapping the package is 'Disconnected', a raucous jam kicks this one off with jaw shaking sub bass and some brilliant percussion breakdowns, perfectly setting up a second section of ultra cool variations.  For LectrO cOd_E fans, this EP delivers the goods and more... an essential release.

Woodwork Recordings is a Canadian record label that fuses multiple styles of electronic music, with branches in techno, electro, house, drum n bass, ambient, dub, hip hop and synthwave... Woodwork emerged in the late 1990s, releasing techno on 12” vinyl EPs with full-length live performance mixes on cassette... after vanishing for a 15 year hiatus, the label rekindled its past and began a second run, branching off into wider sonic territory... deliberately free of any singular definable sound, Woodwork is committed simply to craft, substance, and diversity...

Kim Cosmik started as a DJ for free party soundsystems Spiral Tribe and Bedlam and DJs at festivals and clubs all over the U.K and Europe. She was also one of the first women to play at the ledgendary Knowledge club in London.

Kim Cosmik has played at events such as Rebel Union at Fold, Unfold, Don't at Corsica studios, Shambala festval, Boomtown Festival, Woodfest, Electroweks, Hybrid rave at The Glove That Fits and Iklecktic in London as well as About Blank in Berlin and several events in Hastings on a regular basis.

Kim Cosmik runs her own event called Hybrid Rave which started in 2019 and has taken place in Hastings, London and Birmingham with a host of artists such as Jerome Hill, Radioactiveman, Syrte, Transparent Sound, Aaron Liberator and No Data Available.

Kim Cosmik also runs her own label called Cybersoul and also releases music on many other labels such as 2020 Vision, Science Cult, Touched Music, Moatun and many more.

Kim Cosmik is a resident at Techno-club.net and also has a radio show on Aaja Radio.
