The EP closer, Telephone Rose, sets up a backdrop of wandering chords from the school of Aphex Twin. Delicious modular effects and percussion down front are held tightly together by a framework of classic 909 techno beats. In their midst, a series of hesitant atonal bleeps and a distant voice transmission scramble to create an uncertain contrast.
