“6 Hauntings” are a set of generative soundscapes based on material recorded for the digital release “Hauntings”. Each piece is continuous, without a start or an end and the music is suspended in constant flux, ever evolving. The system keeps launching new combinations of sounds based on carefully set probability rules and durations and the stream of samples is fed into a chain of digital effects. Thus, (dis)harmonic textures appear, fight for attention and then eventually die away. 
At any time the listener experiences just a fraction of the infinite number of possible combinations that the setup can generate. And yet, stochastic as the process may be, the sonic landscape soon settles for a steady tonal colour and mood. The compositional objective here is Complexity, not Chaos.
