A little musical glimpse into ugly world of T. Montana. I was just messing around on my synth when I stumble across of what sounds like a original, mythical sequence of notes, and the rest is history.

A cautionary tale from out of the Midsummer Mists of Avalon, with some extraordinarily-inspired kling klang from @APi_ZZ (Andreas Pirner). It's Fellini meets Dante's Inferno on magic mushrooms sorta thing! Or perhaps it should be The Nightmare Before Solstice, a la Tim Burton? Anyway, we're willing to bet it's a Fairy Death March the likes of which you've never heard or seen before!

It begins:

A full moon was sailing through clouds that midsummer’s night 
as I was coming home from the Summer Solstice rites
where, it has to be owned, the mead had flowed without halt.
Now walking along Paradise Lane ‘till Wicks Hollow neared,
and the three-way crossroads there, my eyelids felt heavy,
so I flopped down on a mossy bank, and leant up 
against a rock... and it was then that the fairies appeared.

Midsummer Night's Dream

This song was inspired by my love for the game "Sly Cooper 3," which I played on the PS2 when I was young. The game features a variety of musical genres, each enhancing the atmosphere and storytelling in different parts of the game. The soundtrack includes a mix of jazz, orchestral, world music, electronic, and ambient styles.

I don't know of any other game that blends these styles so uniquely, thanks to the American composer Peter McConnell.

That's why I wanted to recreate this musical style, drawing significant inspiration from the track "Blood Bath Bay."

Sly Cooper, the main character, is a raccoon with a blend of pirate and spy traits. I aimed to capture his identity in my music by dividing my track into two parts: the first with a pirate vibe, and the second with a spy feel.

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, Earth, a tiny blue planet on the outskirts of the Milky Way, lies silent, its cities in ruins, its people long gone. As a time traveller and musician, I am drawn to this world, to the echoes of a civilisation that reached for the stars but fell short, consumed by an ambition they could neither control nor fully understand.
Through my music, I seek to capture the essence of this lost era, particularly the turbulent times around 2070, when humanity's fate hung in the balance. Each song is a journey through time, a sonic exploration of the apocalyptic moments when everything changed, guided by the haunting melodies and atmospheric soundscapes that paint a vivid picture of a world on the brink of collapse.
As I wander through the abandoned streets and desolate landscapes, I find inspiration in the remnants of human culture - the unfinished symphonies in empty concert halls, the silence that hangs heavy in recording studios where hit songs were once crafted. The music becomes a conduit for the stories that linger in these spaces, tales of dreams pursued and hopes shattered.
In the rhythms of nature reclaiming the cities, I hear a powerful message - that all things must pass, that even the grandest of human achievements are impermanent. This truth resonates through my compositions, serving as a reminder of our own fragility and the need for humility in the face of the universe's vast mysteries.
Each track on this album is a warning, a cautionary tale wrapped in sound and emotion. They speak of the paths we may tread if we are not vigilant, the dreams that may crumble if we are not wise. Through music, I forge a connection that transcends time and space, inviting listeners to explore the echoes of a vanished world and heed the lessons hidden within.
