I started this on 23rd march with no intention of making a nurture style thing, but it turned into an experiment. Then apri 1st came around and i thought it would be funny to post it as a porter track as a joke - and lots of people said they like it, so i finished it (:

— About the project:

“Over the past few years, Shane and I have become good friends and, due to our mutual love of progressive house/uplifting trance, have always wanted to write something together in that vein. Eternal Healer started as a simple synth jam of mine with some admittedly random vocals recorded overtop. Upon hearing this little demo, Shane took it upon himself to draft an entire arrangement almost overnight. With a few more weeks of production work on his end and vocal work on mine, the song had finally come to life. Not only that, at an emotional level, its seemingly arbitrary lyrical content somehow now made sense. We’ve been sitting on this one for a while — hope you enjoy!” — Alexander

"Alexander and I always held a particular bond with trance and progressive house music. Our enthusiasm for both genres sparked many passionate conversations between us. One commonly brought up was the idea of making a track together, though we never discussed it in seriousness even though we wanted to collaborate. One evening, Alexander sent a short tune he made in our Discord titled "Come Bless My Soul". I immediately fell in love with the groove and feel of the track. Upon listening to it on repeat, I began accumulating ideas in my head. My lyrics and a long prompt got 30 seconds from Udio, adding 4 more sections and pruning them down to what I was looking for. My first collaboration with an AI is quite professional sounding stuff that I could not have played or sung this well. I think this is a song that I made since I wrote the lyrics and the long prompt and made many desicions all the way from the start to the finished song. This will probably become the most used way to make nice shiny tracks for mass consumption next year, but I think that handmade music will be made because it is nice to do and the machine is a ...machine. ... maybe... but there is still time to dream!
