‘Behind the Moon’ stands as a reflective companion to 'Where the Sun Sets', encapsulating both a conclusion and a beginning of a new Motifv chapter. While building on the themes present in Where the Sun Sets, this EP delves deeper into introspection and explores the moments of solitude and contemplation we all face. Echoing the natural phenomenon of the total solar eclipse occurring on April 8th, this companion EP explores the metaphorical interplay of light and shadow in our lives. During an eclipse, the moon obscures the sun, casting a shadow that envelops us in a momentary darkness—a powerful reminder for us of the cycles of hiding and revelation. Where the Sun Sets / Behind the Moon represent a unified journey through self-discovery and evolution, inspired by the worldwide experience of transition soon taking place above.

The Honey Badger is extremely aggressive, known for being fearless and attacking even much larger predators like lions and hyenas when it feels threatened. Its aggression is a defence strategy, supported by its thick, loose skin that allows it to twist and bite an attacker, strong jaws, and a potent scent it can release. It will also growl, hiss, and rattle, sometimes producing a "rattling" sound when agitated.

One of our favorite young shredders in the game right now is CharlestheFirst. Clocking in at a whopping 19 years young, with a professional skiing career already behind him, this kid cranks out beautiful and lush glitchy chilled out tunes that each encapsulate his own unique style and perfectly and seem to be constantly evolving and sounding better with literally each and every release. This glorious and sparkly b-side from his latest album "Running Through the Forest" is sure to give you feels in all the right places.
