Ale comes bursting out of the gates on the A-side, the project’s namesake. Dreamsco’s crisp house cuts are wrapped in analog character, as sterling synths meander into the mix to form a lush pillow of sound. Guitar riffs keep it old-school, while the round bassline punches home the groove as it opens to the distantly warm vocal hook. An all-consuming classic from Mosso.

With the Ibiza season taking on a tangible format for the first time in over two years, the next edition of Déepalma’s annual Ibiza compilation features a welcomed amount of previously unreleased music - split into three immersive mixes from Yves Murasca and Rosario Galati.

An artist with seasoned roots on the White Isle, Yves Murasca’s portrayal of everything sonically Ibiza is a perpetually high-quality constant. Carrying on where they left off with last year’s edition, Yves teams up with label stalwart and longstanding creative peer Rosario Galati. This year’s Ibiza compilation features another collection of standout cuts spread across three soul-capturing mixes.

‘Sunset Moods’ perfectly captures the island’s iconic day-into-night routine with a mix of quintessentially Balearic-influenced dancefloor numbers and deeper driving sounds from andhim, Claptone, Eelke Kleijn, Tube & Berger, Mollono.Bass and Kölsch. ‘Pool Party Grooves’ follows with typically Ibizan poolside dancefloor vibes with revitalising melodies and undeniably rhythmic selections from artists such as Purple Disco Machine, David Penn, Mark Knight, Milk & Sugar or Dario D’Attis. The second reissue is for Electronic Streets EP by Addex that was out 11 years ago in 2011 on Proton sublabel Apollo. And to mark the release number 50 on our label, besides the original tracks that were release then, a new version of organic house will be included in this EP. The four tracks are: a new 2022 Version of original mix, the dub mix, the original and Tournament track from the original EP.

The 2022 Version brings the melodic house style to a slower 120bpm pace, comparing to original from 123bpm. The melody line and a bit of vocals are still there while other elements were included, like new bassline or pianos. Both the original and dub versions were also a bit re-mastered, and the last track Tournament was slowed down from 124 bpm to 122 and.

Following the Electronic Streets and Tons of Moondust Reissue EPs released in 2022, this year Addex brings back another one called Back To Square One, a reissue for 2023 as the release number 57 on our label. Originally released in 2014 on Moonrise Records, the EP had the initial remix and another one with remixes for the title track. For this new release, the pack contains the original tracks plus two new: 2023 Version and a Short Version.

The 2023 Version brings more organic/deep house flavor with the original elements of the track, the rhythm and arrangement are different, more modern approach. From the middle of the track, we have a fantastic and continuously melody-driven sound blending as it goes through with piano notes for the perfect atmosphere. The original mix has been mastered a bit, more rough version, close to house style but more compact. Sliding Ice track brings less atmosphere but an all-in rhythm as the closing track, Only In One Place delivers a pleasant chill feeling with melodic senses.
