now embrace whispers of sorrow i can sense your lost dreams
you feel so far from the neck
and through the silent echoes i can feel your cold tears
the dawn is shrouded in grey mist  

times are those that passed without finding a way
and if so much noise doesnt let you think what you want from me
and if you really want this to happen youre going to have to bet 
cause it wont be something so cheap after all the disaster it is

now im feeling for you all the things that no one ever told you
and your eyes became my eyes
feel the pain on your side is something ironic and so sad
im fearing of everything now

I started writing this song in the spring of ’22. This time was spent listening to the music of Yuki Kaneko and Manuella Blackburn while immersing myself in the flowering local grasslands. I was struck by the delicate, secluded intimacy of Yuki’s album “rut”, the jaw-dropping detail of Manuella’s “Formes audibles”, and how this music accentuated the surrounding landscape. I tried to capture this feeling and the sense of renewal it inspired while honoring these wonderful artists.
