2025 was a year full of struggles and lessons.
My mental health hit a very low point.
Some days, I felt completely lost and wanted to disappear from this painful world.

Day by day, I fought the battles inside my mind — quietly.
I used music as therapy, listened to teachings, trained my body, and slowly found my way back here.

Every smile people see hides cracks they don’t notice.
In my darkest moments, I locked myself in and created music, writing my pain into sound.

This became my first EP.
Dedicated to anyone struggling with mental pressure.
I hope it can help your mental health the way music helped save mine.
In this new year, I return as myself.
