Although only in its infancy, Discothèque Tropicale has quickly gained support from the likes of Antal, Hunee, Mendel, Barbara Boeing, Poly Ritmo and Dar Disku to name a few. 

The collective, London based events series, and licensed reissue label’s first project is focussed on highlighting the sounds of Guadeloupe and the Southern French Antilles. In doing so they hope to champion and honour the talented artists that birthed this beautiful music.

DJ, selector, archivist, and curator specialized in older music from Iran and the wider region. Signature projects 'Female Vocalists from Iran and Beyond' (2018-ongoing) and 'Sonic Imaginaries'. Weaving genres and geographies through musical dreaming, storytelling, and deep listening. Currently resident at Kiosk Radio, Brussels.

A DJ based in Dijon (France), Under Radaar was initially driven by House music. He then gravitated towards what French flea markets had to offer: boogie, funk, disco, and world music in a broad sense, before diving into zouk and Caribbean music. Sometimes, he tweaks certain tracks slightly and finds great satisfaction in seeing them travel the globe, played by artists like Hunee, Antal, Palms Trax, and others. During his sets, he enjoys switching between different styles of carefully dug-up music to propose a style often described as 'crossover'.

Italo Deviance (real name Marcello Giordani) began his artistic journey in the
1990s in Italy, during the height of the House Music phenomenon. He was an
avid attendee of record fairs, always on the hunt for USA-style Disco vinyl,
amassing an extensive collection. He also performed at some of Italy’s best
parties, such as Cocoricò, Echoes, Matis, Kinki and more.

In the early 2000s, he developed a passion for and began collecting Italo
Disco vinyl, often for just a few cents. In 2008, he founded a blog called Italo
Deviance with the mission of promoting the most obscure tracks and
versions of early 1980s Italian dance music.

From 2011 to 2023, he became part of the duo Marvin & Guy, which has
since evolved into Circle Point Circle. At the start of 2024, Marcello resumed
work on his label, Italo Deviance Music, embarking on a rebranding effort.
This new phase explores underground electronic music without sticking to a
specific genre, discovering and producing talented artists in both digital and
vinyl formats. He places no particular emphasis on their social media hype,
focusing solely on the music.

This philosophy gave rise to the motto:
“Italo Deviance, where only the music matters.”
