It seems, in fact - that following a dramatic exit from the Gorillaz' Plastic Beach HQ - the miserable despot Murdoc Niccals has created yet another pirate radio station and is now sending transmissions from a brand new mystery location.

Savanna are an alternative/punk band from the small city of Salisbury in Wiltshire. Savanna started with different members with influences from bands such as Young Guns, Deaf Havana, The First and Lower Than Atlantis. Together, they released the Blindfolds EP. In late 2013, they went their separate ways and Dom decided to keep going with new members. The four guys have come from bands such as Eden Lake, Kings Co, Vivid Unknown and Lights Out. Savanna are currently writing and practicing with a similar sound to that shown in Blindfolds.
