Here's the recording of my recent gig at Paloma in Berlin. I played the opening for one of my all-time favourite producers: mighty Ian Pooley. A deep-house fueled warmup set with loads of classic tunes and recent and unreleased gems.

Notes on the Mix ///
This mix is the culmination of my two year journey as a dj so far. I truly believe in house music as both a sound as well as a culture and deep-seated belief. Which is why I decided to bookmark the mix with DJ Deeon (rip) and the all-time soulful classic “Promised Land”, it’s a celebration as well as a love letter to the music that has changed my life forever. 

For me the promised land of house music hasn’t faded away. No matter what happens, house music will never be about guest lists and exclusivity, frat bros, pseudo-intellectualism and superiority complexes and bruised egos. House music will always be about love, dance and acceptance of all who welcome it. I hope you feel this love when listening. Thank you XOXA for the opportunity!
