Velvet Fall is a Russian Dark Folk band. Formed in Samara in 2008.
Initially, as Velvets Fall played their songs in styles Darkwave, Synthpop, EBM.
In 2014 the project was suspended due to the fact that Alex Velvet was promoting another group - Barkhatnaja Osen. After the collapse of BO in summer 2016, VF project was resumed as a folk band.

The 6th Mass Extinction is now set to music.

I have been playing the Native American flute sins October 2016 some of my tracks are done with me playing backing instruments and also use samples that i record when out around North Wales were i live and i use mixing samples for backing sounds sometimes to but the main interment i play is the flute. I love all kinds of music.
