ELGIA is an artist, composer and performer with multiple explorations of musical genres, always supported by his poetic, deep/reflexive and often provocative texts, improvised during the recording or written beforehand.
ELGIA, artist registered at SACEM, started music ten years ago and does, as he likes to say, "his little kitchen" to the delight of his listeners, from his home studio.
He sometimes performs on stage, although he prefers to remain a studio artist. He makes his own covers and almost all his clips are available on his author page on Youtube.
Publishing on Deezer, Spotify I-tunes and others, his entire discography, already quite substantial (more than 300 recorded songs) is available from the independent site Bandcamp.
His texts are built on assonance, with multiple meanings
interpretations and are only very rarely published. The artist's bias is to favor his music as "an oral transmission" of knowledge, knowledge and questions through the French language and sometimes even English, with a resolutely "Frenchy" accent. .
