Hey fam this is my set for the Eclipse event, I shared the stage with David Starfire and Soohan this night at this magical tranformational event! Each day of the summit an element theme. We were playing for the earth element so the mix is geared toward the earth and tribal vibes. Enjoy!!!

OCEAN synthesizes an endless sea of variety in his Ecstatic Dances and Bass Rave sets, encouraging the full range of human expression, and alchemizing our darkest parts into self-love and transcendence. His sets flow as large waves which combine world music, ambient, temple, shamanic, flamenco, medicinal, tribal bass, psytrance, trip-hop, sound healing, neo-disco, soulful lyrical, and much more... from festival favorites such as CloZee, Poranguí, Deya Dova, Temple Step Project, Liquid Bloom, Yaima, and Mose.

Océan studied music at the world-renowned University of North Texas, has been an Ecstatic Dancer for 7 years. He was born in a tent in the woods in the 70's on a hippie commune, so his dance waves are rooted in the earth, love, community, and awakening the human race.

It all began with a single electronic sound frequency pulsing through the body, instantly activating bliss. For over 20yrs, YawS has been moving dance floors across the country with his eclectic and energetic sound scape. Musical styles ranging from down tempo to drum and bass, psybass, glitchhop, house, techno,  and high energy electronic dance music. This DJ/producer will take you on a journey, and move you from one dimension to the next with his smooth blending and precise mixing of each and every soundtrack. 
Born and raised in Texas, growing up on a diet of blues, southern rock, heavy metal and hiphop.....it was only a matter of time before YawS fell in love with synthesizers and the dance music that would be a catalyst to blend all styles into one. 
Performing his first major event in 1999 for 1200 people at the San Bernadino Sports Arena in California, He got a feel for massive sound systems and the energy of those that love to dance. This was only the beginning as YawS continued to play hundreds of events all over Southern California. After moving back to Texas, YawS continued to rock dance floors playing along side many great headliners to include: Aphrodite, Baby Anne, DJ Icey, Keoki, Simply Jeff, R.A.W., Terry Mullan, Wolfgang Gartner, Hedflux, Desert Dwellers, Kayla Scintilla and many more....
Currently YawS has focused most audio attention on music production and remixing. Near completing a few new songs and remixes he has found a whole new respect for music and the beauty of moving people through complex sound frequencies. Life is getting way easier to manage, learning to socialise again is fun, although quite difficult at times, my strengths and resiliencies are on the rise!

I desperately need help though. I'm battling to overcome an addiction, and manage my ADHD (recently diagnosed)
It's not so much the substances now, I'm clean! It's more the psychological issues that have compounded over the years of isolation and chemical dependency.

To anyone reading this, if you're actively using drugs, everyday, and feel like life is to difficult, you might have depression and a substance use disorder. Please seek help ASAP. You're not alone!
