Katoff is a melodic and progressive DJ/producer known for crafting emotionally rich and deeply rhythmic electronic music. Blending hypnotic grooves with cinematic storytelling, his sound fuses the essence of Melodic House, Techno, and Progressive House.

His journey began in 1998 behind the decks at clubs in Riga, Latvia, before relocating to the UK. In 2017, he reignited his passion for production and began shaping a signature sound—equal parts atmospheric, driving, and melodic.

With releases on respected labels and airplay on BBC Radio and international stations, Katoff continues to push boundaries. He is also the founder of Sounds Of Meow, a boutique label focused on emotive dance music.

Katoff's music has earned support from leading artists like Paul van Dyk, Ferry Corsten, KOROLOVA, JES and many others across the global melodic and progressive scene.

Mastecki Records is a dynamic, independent label dedicated 
to connecting artists from all across the world in 
the effort of making tracks that really transcend global boundaries, 
and are able to connect with listeners all over the globe. 

The label tackles a number of different genres such as Hip Hop and R&B, hoping to inspire change in them through these 
electric and varied efforts of melding together different cultures.
