Charlotte Boyd is an independent Vocalist, Lyricist, Producer & Sound Therapist based in Edinburgh.

Charlotte is unafraid to reveal her inner self in her writing, often dark and hypnotic, nostalgic and introspective, reflective and romantic. Her vocals are complemented by field recordings recorded when walking in natural and urban surroundings, blended with minimal production. Charlotte’s draws on elements from Electronic, Alternative RnB, A’cappella, Folk, Soul, Ambient and Experimental music.

Charlotte’s other projects include Experimental Electronic duo The Inside and Lo-Fi acoustic band Hamartia, having released the EP’s ’Streaks of light’ + ‘Everything has changed’.

The soulful singer's first EP ‘Somewhere to Go’ is an unfolding swirl of emotive lyrics, soothing layered vocals with stripped back instrumentation.

Estonian ensemble Rüüt represents new and diverse folk music by offering a fresh take on the search for its essence. Their thorough and precise arrangements are based on old runo songs and instrumental tunes. At the same time, their repertoire has new compositions that reflect musical influences from different countries and styles.
