Dix années se sont écoulées... Retour sur un DJ Set enregistré le 8 janvier 2011 au restaurant "La Plage St Barth" (Tom Beach Hôtel). Une mer bleue turquoise, un sable chaud, le tout saupoudré d'une brise océanique. On commençait la journée sur son transat et on finissait par se laisser déhancher sur le grondement de mon enceinte retour diffusé depuis ma cabine DJ suinté par les embruns salés... La bonne humeur de l'équipe de salle contribuait à faire monter l'ambiance de l'après-midi en servant des shots de rhum vanille après avoir dégusté quelques langoustes et poissons grillés. C'était "La Plage". ☀️🌴🍹🦩👙

Bonjour tout le monde ! Après des semaines de recherche et de travail, nous sommes ravis de vous dévoiler aujourd’hui notre nouveau concept de mixtape : la DECADE MIXTAPE.

Carte postale d’une époque et véritable madeleine de Proust, plongez avec nous dans les années 70 à travers une heure de musiques et de faits historiques qui ont marqué leur époque. De la conquête de l’Espace et de la Lune, à la séparation des Beatles en passant par le premier vol du Concorde, embarquez avec nous pour un aller simple dans le temps.

Ce concept n’aurait certainement jamais vu le jour sans le travail du duo australien Flight Facilities qui nous ont inspirés en réalisant plusieurs mixtapes en anglais sur le même thème. Nous voulions, à notre tour, proposer ce format avec un regard plus personnel sur cette époque et une dimension francophone qui nous tient à coeur.

Hi everyone ! After weeks of research and hard work, today we’re thrilled to unveil our new mixtape concept : THE DECADE MIXTAPE.

Postcard of an era bringing emotional memory, dive in with us in the 70s through one hour of music and historic facts today remembered as milestones.
From the conquest of space and the Moon, to The Beatles breakup and the first flight of the Concorde plane, embark with us for a one-way back to the past. 

This concept would’ve never seen light of day without the work of Australian duo Flight Facilities which inspired us with their very own mixtapes of that kind. Our turn to bring this format with our personal look on that era and a French vision that’s so dear to us. 

We sincerely hope you’ll appreciate it, see you more than soon for new surprises

"Music is a universal means of communication that unites us all under one single language, with no limits or borders."

His career began in the late ’90s in the South of France, where music quickly became a gateway to incredible encounters and opportunities. In 2006, he moved to the island of Saint Barthélemy, where he founded Music and Sound, an agency specializing in music production, and artist booking. For six years, he also served as the musical director of Bonito St Barth, curating its unique sound identity.

His travels across the islands and beyond have shaped a rich and eclectic musical culture, allowing him to share his distinctive artistic universe worldwide.

As a producer, he co-created several EPs, including “Brand New Day” a collaboration with Brooklyn singer Mandel Turner under the alias The Hinge Project, released on ISM Records. He also reissued and pressed the EP “El Coco” on vinyl with Kat Records.

In 2022, he teamed up with Parisian collective Le Goût du Son and iconic singer Jacqueline Taïeb to remix her 1967 album. The project, pressed on vinyl and distributed by Warner Chappell, features his remix of “Petite Fille Amour” produced alongside DJ and friend Gabin Nogueira under the name Jean&Gabin. The record “Play it Like Jacqueline” is now available on Discogs and select vinyl stores.

He recently founded SUTTER MUSIC, an musical agency dedicated to private events. From contemporary House to timeless 60’s Soul, his music knows no borders, his DJ sets are designed to take you on a journey.
