Dj Set Live Yo-One Sutter

Dix années se sont écoulées... Retour sur un DJ Set enregistré le 8 janvier 2011 au restaurant "La Plage St Barth" (Tom Beach Hôtel). Une mer bleue turquoise, un sable chaud, le tout saupoudré d'une brise océanique. On commençait la journée sur son transat et on finissait par se laisser déhancher sur le grondement de mon enceinte retour diffusé depuis ma cabine DJ suinté par les embruns salés... La bonne humeur de l'équipe de salle contribuait à faire monter l'ambiance de l'après-midi en servant des shots de rhum vanille après avoir dégusté quelques langoustes et poissons grillés. C'était "La Plage". ☀️🌴🍹🦩👙

His career began in the late ’90s in the South of France, where music quickly became a gateway to incredible encounters and opportunities. In 2006, he moved to the island of Saint Barthélemy, where he founded Music and Sound, an agency specializing in music production, and artist booking. For six years, he also served as the musical director of Bonito St Barth, curating its unique sound identity.

His travels across the islands and beyond have shaped a rich and eclectic musical culture, allowing him to share his distinctive artistic universe worldwide.

As a producer, he co-created several EPs, including “Brand New Day” a collaboration with Brooklyn singer Mandel Turner under the alias The Hinge Project, released on ISM Records. He also reissued and pressed the EP “El Coco” on vinyl with Kat Records.

In 2022, he teamed up with Parisian collective Le Goût du Son and iconic singer Jacqueline Taïeb to remix her 1967 album. The project, pressed on vinyl and distributed by Warner Chappell, features his remix of “Petite Fille Amour” produced alongside DJ and friend Gabin Nogueira under the name Jean&Gabin. The record “Play it Like Jacqueline” is now available on Discogs and select vinyl stores.

He recently founded SUTTER MUSIC, an musical agency dedicated to private events. From contemporary House to timeless 60’s Soul, his music knows no borders, his DJ sets are designed to take you on a journey.
