With our headquarters located in Barcelona, CUBBO A.M. is born with the sole purpose of filling the nightlife industry with high quality electronic music. Basically techno, hard techno and hard groove. It is our pleasure to work with some of the most important national and international DJ's in these categories. French DJ/Producer, border of Belgium native, Hokus feels the crowd through his years of experience playing from House to Techno, and has a solid reputation in the music industry. His first Techno appearance takes place at Duplex Club in 1998 in Calais (France) with Frank Biazzi (MB Elektronics, Kombination Research). With some time to improve his skills, quickly his talent is revealed and he starts playing in the most famous Belgium clubs such as H2o Club, Zoo Club, Lagoa, Escape Concept, Pulse Factory to name a few (2003-2010).
In 2010, Hokus decides to leave Europe to feel new artistic vibes in Asia with a focus on House music... He launches his own label "Black n' Pink" in Bangkok, with strong classic house influences. He releases up to 70 House tracks & remixes over the course of 3 years and plays all around Asia from Thailand to Singapore, crossing to Vietnam & Indonesia. As a producer and remixer, he releases on labels such as Maracuja, Funkfield, Patsada, Greenhouse, Juiced, Tight, Tastie, Dustpan, Gourmand, Sour Mash Audio, HuHu, Ginkgo, Shak Digital, Chestnut Ave, Dropp Sound & more.
2014 is a definitive turn for him when he comes back to France, mostly by closing definitely the House music chapter of his career and changing his entire studio configuration. Hokus style now is defined as an elaborate structure of Tech-House rythms with hints of Techno & Minimal. Most of the time, he plays his own productions & exclusive remixes during his sets to have a unique Hokus signature.
Visions of Music, technologies and mentalities are changing so fast; so Hokus will propose Live-Act performances with his new concept Kushroom. "No tracks, just Live !" soon. The perfect way to complete a heavy music artillery with over 15 years experience behind the decks and studio machines. We are waiting for the first "Hokus [live]" and a new high quality album called "Amonia" for the beginning of 2017.
