Celestial Union – A Sonic Blessing - Live Set

Valley Of Roses, the beautiful new album from Marc JB and collaborators is a powerful sound journey bringing forth codes of ‘Authentic Creative Expression’, connection to nature, water consciousness and the path and wisdom of the Rose.

The album is created entirely from acoustic sound sources recorded in Marc’s studio which is located in a sacred Valley Of Roses with spring waters, ancient trees, waterfalls, and elementals. The recordings of the waters bring their magic. Even the 808-sounding kick drums and made from shamanic drums put through a pitch envelope.

Through the rhythm of breath and music, you’ll experience how quickly you can shift your inner-state.

Your guide: Joep Mencke — breathwork facilitator, DJ, and music producer — has led sessions across the globe for the past three years. His mission is to make transformation accessible and help you integrate breathwork into your daily life. In this practice, you’ll move through cycles of conscious connected breathing, gentle retentions, and moments of stillness, all supported by an original soundtrack composed by Joep. The music blends grounding textures, expansive harmonies, and immersive layers to carry you deeper into clarity and connection.

What to expect in this session:
• 24-minute guided breathwork journey
• Four cycles designed to clear the mind and reconnect with self

This is a connected breath practice — no pause between inhale and exhale.
 • Inhale: Belly & chest expand
 • Exhale: Belly & chest fall
 • Breathing in: Mouth (more powerful) or nose (gentler)
 • Breathing out: Mouth
 • Each cycle includes dynamic breathing followed by two retentions (~45 sec after exhale, then ~45 sec after inhale).
 • You may feel tingling, changes in temperature, or mild muscle tension — these are normal effects of breathwork.
 • If overwhelmed, return to gentle breathing in and out through the nose.
 • Always listen to your body and never force anything.

If you have a history of psychosis or epileptic seizures, this practice is not for you.

If you are currently pregnant, please listen closely to your body. Only participate if it feels right for you — and do not perform or hold any of the breath retentions.
