An alternative-gothic-synth-pop track, where the few vocal contributions implore the listener to find the narrator. It begins with brief period of atmospheric tension, setting the scene for the musical chase to begin. A pitch bending guitar melody cries to be found, and a distorted, crushed base is suggestive of the speeding and slowing of a nervous heart. Writing this track, I was transported to a dark forest - rain falling around me as I ran. I hope you enjoy this track (I like to listen with the volume right up to feel the bass).

This track was inspired by a character from a popular psychological horror game franchise. It speak to the experience of being 'done to'.

'Outro' is a track that was written as a way of capturing the experience of learned helplessness and acceptance in the face of adversity. This track is close to my heart, as the narrator allows the listener into their thoughts, hopes and fears, and accepts the fate forced upon them. 'Merry Way' was my greeting to the upcoming new year. I wrote this imaging standing on the sea front, welcoming in change and new things to come. I can almost feel the sea breeze when I listen to this back (imperfections and all). The introduction (19 seconds) was hoped to echo the sounds of pier-side fun-fair music, before a series of imperfect instrumentation supports the vocals to speak to brave decisions and revelations. In the new year, I hope we'll all be on our merry way.  I hope your year goes as smoothly as possible.

The music I make speaks to my relationship with psychological distress and my experiences of mental health difficulties.
