THE NEW YEAR was formed in the summer of 1999, has released three albums on Touch and Go Records - Newness Ends, in February 2001, The End is Near, in May 2004, and the most recent self-titled album The New Year in September 2008 - and has toured North America, U.K. and Europe.

The band was formed by Matt and Bubba Kadane, the founding members of BEDHEAD.

I Am Elk was born in 1984 on a planet called Makemake (4,26 billion miles far from the Sun). He has lived on the Earth for 20 years, he is now on his way back home.

With a late 80s mood-pop influence and driving indie rock rhythms, Camp Crush has discovered new territory; a nuanced middle ground between Madonna and Brandon Flowers, Debbie Harry and Win Butler, “blending old school and indie rock into something wonderful” according to Pop Dust.

I record, mix, and master music at my own studio and at various other studios.
