Yuki "Ukey" Kanesaka is the keyboardist featured on my lp " On my way " ... he also released a project called "Monolog", a collection of hip hop songs done in his style. Yuki played every instrument on this project as well as getting Ahmad Jamals piano tuner on deck. . Shout to the homie Caserta.

It is one of my favorite love song released in 1967 on the LP "I was made to love her", and to which I added new drums, new percussions, played the entire bassline, with a brand new groove to it.

You can always trust Ludovic Llorca. Once a year he locks himself in his studio and works the magic which results in a Local Talk release. His previous releases on Local Talk, The Same Thing (”classic proto house-meets-baggy US garage vibe”) The Rainbow Song (”It sounds like an underground summer anthem in waiting.”) are LT classics and now, Ludo returns with a third release, I Just Can’t EP.  While some producers struggles with new ideas, trying to re-invent the genre Ludo sticks to what he knows best.

In june, he’s releasing ”Slo Mo Disco” a 2x12 vinyl under his moniker 'Ed Wizard & Disco Double Dee' on Editorial Records which is already being supported by: Derrick Carter, Llorca (Art of Tones), Mark Farina, LTJ, Pontchartrain, Get Down Edits, The Silver Rider, Stephane Deschezeaux, and more.

He is also set to release his first 7” on his new jazz funk label 'Ghost Pepper Recordings' on May 12th.

We are quite familiar with the classic disco anthem "Can't Fake The Feeling" by Geraldine Hunt, from her LP "No Way", released on New York label Prisme in 1980. 

From the same album, "Glad I'm In Love Again" has been a long time favorite, with its uplifting chorus, strings progression and pure love vibe.

Here is my rework to which I added my YP touch, additional drums and percs, a friendly edit, and a tight mastering. 

Crafted for the disco, this rework is a must have. 
Enjoy, play loud, and spread love !
