The song is the culmination of many hours of experimentation in an attempt to combine different elements, in putting a strong emphasis on maintaining balance between the two contrasting worlds into it. 

Captivating vocal melodies performed by Celeste are perfectly mixed with emotive choirs-based melodies and restrained textural electronica, influenced by hip-hop and soul music, over some four on the floor beats.

The goal was to infuse emotional beauty through beautiful melodies and hip-hop rhythms without disrupting the sense of appreciation and fascination associated with grainy sounds presents in the lo-fi world in general.

"Daylight" is about finding light into darkness, start living again after coming out of these difficult times. When artists spend time picking through samples, aligning up beat tracks, and getting in touch with sound that inspires them, that energy electrifies their work. Real experience and emotion makes real music, and the warmth that resonates through this compilation forms a unique link between you and the people behind the project. 

After dropping our first ACT the last year, we wanted to re-up this experience! It's crazy to think that it has been a year since we released this gem. During this sad period of confinment, we've worked through stacks of music to compile our ACT 2 "Daylight" that features some of Lo-fi, Hip-Hop and Electronic’s best up and coming producers and singers! All projects we received are beautiful but we wanted to create a story under our new project so, the selection was meticulous.

We've reunited artists from different horizons for creating an original story full of emotions. There’s no discoordination in the end product though. It doesn't matter what your preference of music is, the music within this project is universal and timeless.

Few weeks ago I was DJing for the GORILLAZ!
Their ofcourse bearded manager just yelled "U r doin it! U r doin it! Watch your ass! Gorillaz ladies around!"
A few days later Wu Tan Clan. They superhappy - me superhappy.
A groupie wanted RZA to show her how to become a DJ.
RZA replied over a fourty times: "You don't become a DJ! You ARE a DJ if you ARE a DJ! START DJING! HE is a DJ cuz HE-IS-DOIN-IT!"

If you have to leave the city and move to the country side to train DJing to the perfect tunes L-O-U-D - so DO IT!
PERFECT tunes optimized played with and loud - GRAB YOUR AUDIENCE!
And make ma happy.
