Cruel Tie is a four-piece alternative rock band formed in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, but now resided in Moscow, Russia. They are composed of:

Vadim Tikhonov - guitars, vocals;
Władek Sheen - guitars, vocals, synthesizers;
Ruslan Tikhonov - bass guitar;
Vladislav Chernin - drums, percussion.
