THEO is a new progressive rock project from keyboardist Jim Alfredson. Inspired and reverent to the classic prog of the 70s (Yes, Genesis, ELP, King Crimson, etc.) but with modern production and sensibilities, THEO brings epic songwriting and sweeping narratives back to the forefront of prog.

Snow Field

Small 80ies inspired Track showcasing the Behringer Model D as the main line.

This uses Ocs 1 Saw and Osc 3 reverse saw to create PWM wave, supported by Osc2 Square wave. LFO with slow rate is routed to filter. Filter is Hi-Pass with a good amount of resonance. The Ext-In feedback boosts the resonance nicely.
Detuning the oscs even slightly gives a lot of variance.

A slightly longer track with the 1010 Blackbox, where I'm pushing it on polyrythms, combined live clips and song mode, as well as loops mixed with sequenced one shots. All's done within the blackbox, no external sequencing, fx processing or whatnot.

1010 Black Box - When Disco Came Around

A slice from a gig I did a few days ago, where I played my first set of loops and samples from my recently acquired OB-6. Drums are my own loops made on the Tanzmaus. All performed from a 1010 Blackbox, through an Analog Heat.
