This is the next episode of SACRATICUM, an ancient tribal seance led by MΣO CULPA with shamans and witches from all over the world. MΣO CULPA is a musician, DJ, visual artist, cultural event organizer, and a key member of the Hungarian underground scene who works with organic patterns, building his sets from ambient, jazz fused with folk and world music, manifesting in tribal vibes. His performances often include elements of modern electronic sounds to create ethno techno / tribal house, complemented by live jew's harp playing.

バンド、GoodFellas TOKYO Trioがデビューアルバム「FREEMIND」を発売！！

今、東京のクラブシーンをエレクトロニックライブでエキサイトさせている、REOMATSUMOTO,Tonbo,miffrinoの3人からなるGood Fellas TOKYO Trioが待望のデビュー・アルバムをSorameccer Sound Designサポートのもとリリースされる！

各々がトラックメイカーとしても活動し、ハンドパンプレイヤー、フルートプレイヤー、ベースプレイヤーという側面も持つユニークな3人によって生み出された本作『FREE MIND』。
コズミック・トライバル・ダンスをテーマに作られた本作は、ハンドパン、笛、パーカッション等の民族的で有機的なグルーブとモジュラーシンセサイザー等の電子音が見事に融合された、ハイブリッドな作品に仕上がっている。

ライブでのジャムセッションを元に構築され、ハンドパン、笛、ベースがゆっくりと音を構築し、水が形を変えていくように滑らかにグルーブは変化しダンスへと誘っていくSide X、スタジオワークにより3人のセンスを融合させ制作されたディープ~ミニマル〜トライバルな仕上がりとなったSide Y。

マスタリングエンジニアには、Nicola Cruzの【Prender el Alma】やChancha Via Circuitoなどを手がけるSebastián Cordovésを迎えワールドクラスの鳴りに仕上がっている。

更に、世界各国のレーベルからリリースを重ね、東京トライバル・ハウスシーンの最重要人物 Mamazu(Hole and Holland / SABI)による"Neo Nation - Mamazu remix"も収録される！

On July 1, 2023, GoodFellas TOKYO Trio, an electronic band formed by one of the Tokyo's leading trackmakers, will release their debut album "FREEMIND"

Good Fellas TOKYO Trio, consisting of REOMATSUMOTO, Tonbo, and miffrino, who are currently very known name the Tokyo club scene with their electronic live performances, will release their long-awaited debut album with the support of music label called Sorameccer Sound Design.

FREE MIND" is the work of these three unique individuals, each of whom is also a trackmaker, HandPan player, Flute player, and Bass player.
This hybrid work, created on the theme of cosmic tribal dance, is a perfect fusion of ethnic and organic grooves of handpans, flutes, percussion, etc., and electronic sounds such as modular synthesizers.

Side X is built on the basis of live jam sessions, with HandPan, Flutes, and Bass slowly building up the sound, and the groove changes smoothly like water changing its shape, inviting you to dance. Side Y is a deep~minimal~tribal album created through studio work by them.

The mastering engineer is Sebastián Cordovés, who has worked on Nicola Cruz's [Prender el Alma] and Chancha Via Circuito.

The album also includes "Neo Nation - Mamazu remix" by Mamazu (Hole and Holland / SABI), the most important figure in the Tokyo tribal house scene with releases on labels around the world!

The release party "SORAMECCER SOUND GATHERING" will be held at Daikanyama UNIT on July 1, 2023!

One of the most pleasant and rewarding Sleep Music performances of any festival yet, I had the pleasure of being invited to Kepotopival. The Nest floor, lovingly designed by fjeden-Kollektiv was the perfect surroundings for a grounding closure of the first day of festival.

As with all Sleep Music, this recording is intended to induce the altered state of consciousness known as Hypnagogia. This ist best achieved by enjoyed lying down and listening right before or during the process of falling asleep. The volume should be moderate, not much louder than the voice of a person.

In the wake of a profound loss, Marie Klock, a neo-chanson singer and multi-instrumentalist from Paris, presents a poignant tribute with her debut on Pingipung. On “Damien est vivant” Marie Klock pays homage to the poet Damien Schultz, who has recently passed. They were intertwined both in artistic collaboration and deep friendship. 

Marie Klock creates a powerful ode to Damien Schultz's surreal, anarchic, witty and at times provocatively obscene French (English translations are included in the vinyl release). The poet's own voice resounds alongside Klock's, oscillating between spoken word and neo-folk vocals. Recorded in an intimate lo-fi setting with co-producer Julien Louvet, the 10 songs are far from a mournful requiem. They showcase idiosyncratic pop music brimming with humour and absurdity. “Damien est vivant” is a celebration of the unique bond they shared, in past and present. The melancholy sometimes takes on an almost whimsical quality, an allusion to the world as perceived through the lens of two kindred spirits. 

Marie Klock has appeared as keyboardist on international stages with Sofia Portanet and collaborated with artists such as Jean-Louis Costes, Chilly Gonzales, Charlotte Brandi and Adrienne Pauly. Her self-titled solo LP (2020, Les Disques De La Face Cachée) was a cheeky outing of her synth-chanson act. She is currently working on a duo album with Anadol, to be released on Pingipung in autumn 2024.

 “Damien est vivant” will be released on Good Friday 2024. Marie Klock will present the album in live ceremonies.

Grabado en directo en la playa, descalza en La Olita, Puerto Escondido, cada pista ha sido seleccionada con cariño para crear una atmósfera que fluye suavemente entre ritmos profundos y texturas delicadas. Es una mezcla perfecta de lo experimental y lo melódico, ideal para momentos de introspección, baile desde el corazón, o simplemente para relajarte y dejarte llevar.

Quiero que sientas la conexión con cada sonido, que te pierdas en los paisajes sonoros y que encuentres en este set un espacio para la reflexión y la paz. Desde los bajos envolventes hasta las sutiles percusiones, espero que este viaje musical te toque el corazón y te haga sonreír.

Flutist and sax-player, producer and DJ, Fanni Zahár is a versatile musician involved in countless musical projects across Europe. With a strong desire to adapt her playing to diverse musical environments, she has gained extensive experience through collaborations with artists such as Ábáse (DE), Deva (HU), Joe Armon-Jones (UK), Dirg Gerner a.k.a. Flako Natureboy (DE), and Mop Mop (IT), to name a few.

Now, after 15 years of performing in bands and participating in numerous collaborations, she is turning her focus toward producing her own material under the name Zakhorov. The time has come to absorb all those experiences, lessons, and inspirations and channel them into her own music.
