I think the lyrics pretty much say it, but I started out on a creative journey in Los Angeles in 2001 and let me tell ya, it's been quite an adventure on "Life's Open Road." The song is really telling my story of the ups and downs of being a creative and all the struggles I've faced (and we ALL face), but it's also a song about hope that YOU or anyone can find their "gold" and their reason on life’s open road. It might not be the success you're hoping for but it might be happiness with your family, a life helping others, becoming a multi-platinum rockstar or just a songwriter writing a song for a Hyundai commercial! lol It's YOUR open road and the world is your track.
