“Calendar Songs” LP is a 2025 music project where every 1 - 2 months a single will be released, ultimately leading to the full release of the LP in December. 

The tracks will represent themes and ideas of ancient lore, archeological sites, time, and spirituality and will range from melodic metal, doom metal, progressive rock/ metal and exotic rhythms. 

“Tanis” is the first release of this project; an instrumental experimenting with droning chords, exotic melodies and kindred grooves.

The next release for my Calendar Songs project, “Visions in the sand: the road to Etemenanki” 

The fabled tower that reaches the heavens, ascending upwards; hubris all-consuming, leading to our downfall. 

The original concept of this track was to create a tune that would be found in a video game loading screen / menu. This eventually evolved into an instrumental tale of hubris & a God-king’s zenith.

Visions in the sand is the first section of this track; reminiscent of video game / movie soundtracks. The following section… the road to Etemenanki, builds upon this nostalgia with epic melodies, while still taking the listener on an instrumental journey.
